Are there any tricks to solve my Generation II device connection problems? What’s a WPS procedure?

This procedure is useful to facilitate the connection between Twinkly GEN II and the Wi-Fi network. It is based on the WPS connection mode of your router.

Normally it doesn’t require any password.

  • – Hold down the controller button for about 10 seconds until the light turns purple
  • – Click on the WPS button of your router (some have an icon that remembers the “refresh” symbol). Be careful not to click on the “reset” button 🙂
  • – Wait until the light turns blue
  • – Log in to the app and check if the app finds the device.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This process is available for all generation II devices like Strings, Curtain, Icicle , Cluster, Prelit, Festoon and Home Range devices (Line, Flex)
